Nestled between Mexico and Guatemala is a small country with one of the most spectacular, diverse environments in the world. Belize is home to vast regions of unspoiled tropical rainforest with more than 700 varieties of trees, 500 species of birds, and more jaguars than anywhere else in Central America.

Belize's world-renowned barrier reef is the longest in the Western Hemisphere (185 miles). Through intensive study and numerous snorkeling excursions during CCSP's tropical ecology coursework, students learn about marine ecosystems.

Belize's stunning natural beauty and diverse Mayan, hispanic and Afro-Caribbean cultures offer an unforgettable cross-cultural experience.
